  • Blanch pasta with salt water, spray oil to it so it does not stick
  • Heat oil /butter in a non stick pan,saute garlic and onion until cooked
  • Then add Habanero tomato salsa, blanched vegetables and green peas
  • Toss blanched pasta to it
  • Finish with a dash of hot sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese

Key Ingredients

  • Pasta (Any kind) – 150 gm
  • Oil/Butter – 30 ml
  • Chopped garlic – 5 cloves
  • Chopped onion – 1-2
  • Habanero Tomato Salsa – 150 gm
  • Blanched Vegetable – 30 gm
  • Green peas- 10 gm
  • Parmesan cheese – 10 gm
  • Habanero hot sauce
